This exhibition is seen as Christiaan Diedericks’ mid-career solo exhibition that not only showcases a new body of works, but also includes a few older drawings and graphic works. Bloemfontein was the first leg of the exhibition Paradisus (Deperditum). Diedericks is a South African artist who is currently working and residing in Cape Town. He has exhibited extensively throughout Southern Africa and internationally. Stefan Hundt, Curator of the Sanlam Art Collection, was the opening speaker.
