Ben Botma and Prof. Naòmi Morgan
Ben Botma, Head of the Department of Fine Arts, University of the Free State, is an established visual artist and a specialist in meticulous mark making in a variety of media such as etching, scraperboard, charcoal and pencil. Terugblik comprised artworks made from the 1970s until his most recent work completed in 2017. The exhibition was opened by Prof. Naòmi Morgan, Head of the French Section in the Department of Afrikaans, Dutch, French and German, University of the Free State, and a Knight of Arts and Letters of the French Republic.
