Ancilia van Staden hosted two library exhibitions, one at the Trevor Barlow Library in Heidedal, and another at Fichardtpark Library. Patrys Meyer hosted the ‘Behind the Scenes Science Tour’ to members of the public, showing them laboratories and storerooms of some research departments. Scientists who participated were Dr Jurie du Plessis, Jan Andries Neethling, Elize Butler, and Buyi Makhubo. The third activity was hosted by Andries Makwae who visited previously disadvantaged schools in the Mangaung area with the Mobile Museum to inform them about the science and tourism wonders that the Museum has to offer.
